Many of you are already familiar with the healing powers of Ayahusasca, the magical, mystical plant of the Peruvian Amazon. It is, without question, one of the most powerful, beautiful and transformative healing experiences a person can have. At the end of this 8-day retreat you will return home feeling freed from the weight of life-long stresses and limitations, specifically ones that have restricted your happiness and fulfillment. Future steps down your life path will continue but now with a lightness of being, clarity of awareness, and an inner knowledge and joy of what it means to be human.
The transformative effect of plant medicine is extremely powerful. It must be conducted in a safe, sacred space, on its native ground and be guided by a highly developed and skilled expert of unimpeachable integrity – a “curandero.” To find all these qualities in one place, especially when there are so many options, so many choices and so much information to choose from, where does one begin looking? How does one know if they’re in good hands?
We have done this work for you. We have consulted with impeccable authorities in consciousness from the ancient Peruvian tradition to find one of the most accomplished curanderos in this field; worked with him personally to verify first hand his capability and integrity; and traveled the path to and from the Amazon. We know what is entailed to make this journey and have laid out a safe, beautiful path so that you can receive the maximum healing benefit without worrying about the details.
The retreat will held near the headwaters of the Amazon in northern Peru. The 8-day seminar will combine the healing benefits of Ayahuasca, Master Plants, and medicinal plant baths. You can choose to work on any aspect of your life that you wish, be it a physical condition, emotional or relationship issues, or a spiritual matter—bring them to Peru and leave them there.
The retreat facility is nestled on a private estate just outside the city of Tarapoto, adjacent to the River Shilcayo. Geographically higher than the eastern portions of the Amazon, the temperature and humidity are moderate and provide a very comfortable climate for both daytime and nighttime activities. A vast array of exotic flora and fauna cover the grounds and tropical birds (and sometimes monkeys!) can be seen in the trees surrounding our bungalows. Accommodations are clean and neat with fully finished bathrooms, furniture, and lights. And although the jungle provides endless photo ops during the day, nighttime takes on a mystique of its own as the life of the rainforest begins singing its own magical song of life.
This is a sacred and beautiful experience. It is also a journey for which one must be ready. It requires serious thought and commitment to one’s healing and the courage to explore new dimensions physically, mentally and spiritually. To this end, all potential travelers are required to complete a brief application and intake interview prior to formal registration to ensure the quality and safety of their experience.
